About the Role
We're looking for a growth leader to lead the team at our brand new venue Chopstix, with training beginning on 17th April then opening at the end of March 2023!  Chopstix is part of a 3million Skyline Eats investment into the heart of our resort's Skyline Pavilion and will be a busy, bustling venue, welcoming hundreds of guests each week. "Chopstix are the UK's fastest growing number one Asian quick service restaurant delivering a faster, fresher, tastier customer dining experience." For a destination for lunch, dinner or late night snack, as Venue Manager you'll be vital in helping our guest's create smiles - getting stuck in to give them a great dining experience! You'll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.

About You
Reporting to the Head of Quick Service Restaurants you'll have an ability to perform well in a busy environment, creating smiles during a memorable dining experience, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness and have a great eye for detail is needed. You'll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do. Analysing KPI's and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins along with general activities, food safety and health & safety policies. A real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team's fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's. As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:
Delighting guests: You are passionate about delivering fantastic food and great service, putting the guests first in all you do.
Developing people: passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment
Driving standards: You have the ability to lead team to Chopstix excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working
Delivering results: Have experience of working in a leadership role in a volume-driven restaurant environment and thrive on achieving both short and long term goals
