Our Laundry Assistants

This role is for a self-motivated person, who can work under pressure. The role involves working as a team, but you may also be working on your own. Being in the laundry you must be able to work at a fast pace and able to lift heavy loads as this is a physical role. Driving is essential to the role as you will be driving around the estate for collections and deliveries

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections and deliveries of linen across the Estate
• Use of laundry machines
• Follow all H&S and Manual Handling procedures
• Follow all opening and closing procedures
• Wash and press guests clothing when required
• To look presentable at all times and wear the correct uniform
• Work closely as part of an essential team

Skills and Experience

• Work experience as a Laundry Assistant but not necessary as we provide training
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Good physical health and stamina
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends
• Be able to work as a team and on your own initiative
• Ability to follow instruction
• Attention to detail
• Clean UK Driving License
