The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving outbound calls, creating new accounts and succeeding in goals for the Sales Office. A key focus of the job is to reach out to new accounts and solicit past business. To achieve and/or exceed targeted business development activities and opportunities; These include Corporate, Group and Catering.

Additionally, the incumbent will ensure an accurate and timely lead turnover to the Event/ Reservations teams in the Sales Office; converting cold leads to warm leads. This position supports and represents Broadwick Soho’s Sales & Marketing vision and drives customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

You will work with brilliant talents across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.


What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position in London
  • Experience within the hospitality sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Mathematical Reasoning
  • Strong people skills
  • Advocate for teamwork
  • High-stress tolerance
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and has great management skills
  • Shows an elevated level of integrity, dependability and taking initiative
  • Proven record of sales success within the London market
  • Flexible working conditions can be arranged post-hotel launch
  • Ability to work weekends and varied hours based on business needs.
