As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the vision of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
You will assist with meticulously maintaining the hotel's appearance and operational efficiency including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and decoration.
Maintenance and upkeep of all final finishes on guest rooms, public areas, back of the house and as externals. To immediately resolve guest concerns and the underlying causes to increase guest satisfaction.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.
You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
- Exceptional knowledge of painting
- Reasonable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- NVQ painting and decorating Level 2 and minimum 5 years of experience in this role
- Flexibility to work different shifts including night shift
