Why You?

As Restaurant Manager, you will support the seamless running of the high-paced outlet Lounge & Terrace Bar and Restaurants, consisting of an Italian Aperitivo Bar & Café (50 covers) and a chic modern Italian restaurant (40 covers), as well as the adjacent resident lounge (20 covers) by leading your team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind.

The Restaurant Manager will be reporting to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the flawless operation of Food & Beverage service in all outlets creating a vibrant and effortless experience for all guests.

You will be developing and driving the wine program and working closely with the Head of Bar & Mixology on the overall beverage program for all outlets. You will be responsible for the financial success of the restaurant and with your entrepreneurial and creative spirit, you will be developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager and Director of Operations as well as other key stakeholders to drive business and firmly establish the Bar as a Soho staple.

You will be responsible for the training and development of your team in terms of product knowledge, service as well as health and safety standards.

As an operational leader, you will be supporting the other Food & Beverage outlets, especially events, to ensure the overall success of the division.

You will motivate the team to create memorable and exciting experiences while always managing the business effectively.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in event operation and/or fine dining in a 5* luxury hotel setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Great diligence, Ability to work under pressure and Great leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, Good Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends.
