What you will do as a Waiter/ess - The Churchill Bar

• Responsible for assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
• Accountable to maximize revenue opportunities through up selling
• Responsible to provide all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
• Present and review the cigar menu at the guest tables and bar
• Assist guests with their cigar pairings 
• Be able to assist with cigar orders
• Assist the guests with pairing cigars with food & beverage 
• Answer questions about all cigars in the menu
