What you will do as a Casual Housekeeping Team Leader

  • To provide timely and constructive feedback to all porters, room attendants and the public area attendants on a daily basis as and when necessary.
  • To conduct daily meetings with the team on the designated floor.
  • To ensure that the team complies with the hotel’s grooming standards.
  • To identify departmental training needs and schedule training accordingly.
  • To provide guidance, coaching and on job training in order for hotel standards to be maintained.
  • To ensure all trolleys and housekeeping equipment is in working order and stored in the correct location.
