What you will do as a Waiter/ess - Regency Club Lounge

• Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
• To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
• Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
• Performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
• Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge

• To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.
