Salary 19,578

37.5 Hours Per Week Monday to Friday, with weekly shifts alternating between 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6

As a Booking Administrator, you'll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your 'can do' attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

Responsibilities...

• Liaise with patients via telephone to arrange Outpatient appointments

• Action incoming booking emails in a timely manner

• Complete general administrative tasks, such as printing confirmation letters, sending post and filing

• Occasional Switchboard cover

• Liaise with consultants and their medical secretaries to achieve the best possible patient care

The perfect candidate...

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams

• Excellent customer service and time management skills

• A professional telephone manner

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, in both a team and individually

• Experience in diary management and/or appointment bookings (preferred)
