The Wild Rabbit family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. 

Full-time contract, average 45 hours per week, salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Plus £6k tronc.

About you

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a natural leader, with a 5 star service background. You will be responsible for the day to day to management of a high-performing Front of House team. Your passion for exceptional service will be infectious. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Our amazing team of Chefs to drive the standards and success of this iconic business.

Main responsibilities

  • To deliver and champion The Wild Rabbit standards
  • To set the example of exceptional service
  • Training and development of the Front of House team
  • To actively drive average spending per head, by identifying all opportunities for up-selling
  • To delegate daily tasks to Assistant Restaurant Manager and support their delegation to the team
  • To drive PDR sales
  • Work alongside our amazing team of Chefs and General Manager to develop all food and beverage offerings
