Human Resources Administrator – leading Leisure Centres in the London Borough of Newham

We have an exciting opportunity within our Human Resources Department for a Human Resources Administrator, where you will be working in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best.  You will be making a significant contribution to the community we support by helping the London Borough of Newham deliver on its 50 Steps to a Healthier Newham Strategy.

We are looking for someone who  is able to demonstrate experience commensurate with the role and have a working familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.  Additionally, you will be an effective user of Microsoft Office products with an  expertise in Excel and Word.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the Human Resources Dept., with particular focus on recruitment and payroll activity.  Additionally, you will provide support to the Human Resources and Payroll Lead and Human Resources Generalist in the management of Employee Relations cases when required.
