More about the role:
  • Heavy client-facing role being a key point of contact for stakeholders at Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 companies.
  • Working with clients to ensure KPIs are relevant to their business needs and calculations within the Target Data Model are accurate.
  • Documenting data which is currently produced by clients, including quality, consistency and availability metrics.
  • Writing technical requirements documentation for our Dashboard Developers (Amazon Quicksights) and Data Engineers.
  • Contributing to Amazon Quicksights dashboard development efforts, for both enterprise level reporting and ad-hoc client requests.
  • Generating mapping documents of raw data based on business KPIs for the Data Engineering team.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in business analytics, finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
  • 2+ year of experience in quantitative, qualitative research and/or statistical/analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in 1 or more of the following toolkits: SQL, R, Tableau, PowerBI, Amazon Quicksights.
  • Experience using data visualization tools, visual features of statistical software tools.
  • Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and own client relationships.
  • Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems.
  • Organized and attentive to details.

The Data Analysis team in the E15 Programme creates industry leading internal data reporting for a wide array of clients in hospitality. The Data Analyst role focuses on understanding client requirements for E15's proprietary data reporting platforms, dashboards, and creating documentation for the Data Engineering and Dashboarding teams. An ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding communication skills, strong business acumen, and be self-driven. The data services team in which Data Analysis operates is a highly motivated group of passionate Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers focusing on delivering impactful data observations to Compass businesses.
