We are currently looking for a creative Bar Manager who will work closely with the team to create an innovative beverage offering, for our exciting new opening in Mayfair this year.

The ideal candidate will have venue launch and opening experience, along with a fine dining hospitality background. This person will have strong and inspiring leadership skills with a passion to develop their team and with a vision to strive for greatness within our company!

You will be provided with unlimited support and an opportunity to grow professionally within our forever-growing Creative Restaurant Group. 

Set as a quintessential English Manor House on Berkeley Street, Mayfair, our new venue will hold a total of 159 covers across two floors. The first floor will host a music room, drawing room and PDR with a total of 120 covers, On the lower floor, we will have a further 25 covers plus one further private dining room along with a quirky pantry that can be accessed as its own stand-alone/exclusive bar. 

We aim to launch an exceptionally unique fine dining experience, something very different that exists currently in the city of London. Our cuisine is Influenced by foraging the best British produce across the British Isles, far and wide. Using only the finest of ingredients from land, shore and sea. 

As a pre-opening Bar Manager, you will work with the team to prepare for the opening of this brand-new restaurant concept on Berkeley Street, Mayfair. Once the site is officially open, you will oversee and manage the venue and maintain the highest standards for your team to continue providing a luxury and fine dining guest experience. 

Our successful Bar Manager will have: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, and fine dining would be preferable
  • Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails and tea and coffees 
  • Strong relationship with suppliers 
  • Attention to detail with great guest interaction 
  • Empowerment leadership style 
  • Proactive and has an entrepreneurial way of thinking
  • Ability to deliver elegant service while ensuring consistency throughout the team.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people
