We are seeking an exceptional Host / Hostess to join the Claridge’s team.

Claridge’s has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the ‘Foyer & Reading Room’, L’Epicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridge’s Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painter’s Room.

Claridge’s Bar serves an impeccable selection of rare and exceptional drinks. From the finest vintage champagnes and sought-after spirits and wines, this connoisseur’s collection represents the best of their kind. Our knowledgeable staff source, prepare and serve the stunning selections as they are, or, as cocktails expertly prepared and served within the effortless elegant setting of David Collins’ stunning interior.

As a Host/ Hostess you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests to Claridge's Bar, and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency
• Answering telephone calls, make reservations and manage bookings
• Supporting the floor team where necessary to ensure a smooth service

Successful candidates for our Host/ Hostess opportunity will have:

• 5-star experience within a similar role
• Basic knowledge of Champagne and spirits would be beneficial
• Be a team player with good communication skills
• The ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Excellent attention to detail Immaculate personal presentation with warm and welcoming personality.
