The Reservations Supervisor will assume responsibility for the pre-opening setup of the department and continue the day-to-day and long-term supervision, while maintaining established revenue, expense and quality standards. Working closely with the Head of Revenue to ensure an efficient operation that provides an exceptional level of service that consistently exceeds visitor, guest and partnership expectations.
