The growing Estate & Facilities team is a vital subdivision of the Venue Services department and is made up by our Estates & Facilities Manager, Logistics Manager and Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator, Logistics Assistants and Buildings Maintenance Operatives who take care of an area of 400+ acres including all onsite buildings, the famous pits and paddocks, 4x4 course and rally stage. 

We implement essential changes to the circuit in relation to safety regulations from the FIA or FIM governing bodies, as well as handling day-to-day operations of any activity at the venue. The team works across all departments to maintain the appearance of the estate, distribute furniture and equipment across the entire site and ensure all buildings are fully operational.  

The Drive team is responsible for planning, costing, developing, and delivering all driving experiences and track events at Silverstone. Our hardworking and talented workshop team prepares and maintains our fleet of supercars and vehicles at the circuit.

We are expanding the team and require a superstar technician who really wants to accelerate their career. The successful candidate will already be equipped with a level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering.
