K West Hotel & Spa, the trendy 4-star contemporary hotel in Shepherd’s Bush, is currently searching for a proactive and driven Food & Beverage Assistant to join the F&B Team.

With 219 rooms, a holistic urban spa, fitness club and a modern Studio Kitchen & Bar, the hotel is one of West London’s perfect hideaways. Formerly the BBC Kensington House Recording Studios, our building was the base to an eclectic mix of BBC services, from The World Service to David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley recording their tracks.

Our cherished location is a stone’s throw from the vibrancy of Shepherd’s Bush, White City and very well connected to Central London.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will have a passion for hospitality and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’!

• To effectively partake in the day to day operations of Studio Bar & Kitchen, whilst ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and Company requirements with regard to Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Licensing Regulations.
• To carry out all training in accordance with SOP procedures

ABOUT YOU:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you are expected to:

• Be passionate and knowledgeable about food and wine
• Be genuinely engaging, naturally solution-orientated and driven to deliver the highest standard of service to our guests
• Be responsible, reliable and a great example to your colleagues.
• Have at least 6 months experience as a waiter/waitress in a quality restaurant or hotel

As a full time waiter/waitress you will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 days on a shift rota basis.

As a casual waiter/waitress, you will work as many hours as you may wish, just make sure to let your Manager or Supervisor know and they will schedule you accordingly.
