SPIRIT is one of David Lloyds newest signature classes and blends the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates.

Each SPIRIT class consists of pre-choreographed workouts, to help our members become balanced, flexible, and strong. All classes are set to beautiful, motivating music and closes with a 3-minute mindfulness meditation which boosts attentiveness and improve mood while lowering stress.

We are looking for instructors experienced in delivering Yoga/Pilates fusion classes following choreography set to music, with a minimum REPS 2/equivalent qualification and or equivalent. We need instructors that can implement their own teaching style to create a unique experience and inspire participants through physical and verbal coaching, correcting form to keep members safe.

We offer our bespoke in-house SPIRIT Foundation Training, which is CIMSPA accredited along with 3 annual Continued Coaching Education Modules to help you develop, boost, and enhance your creative and coaching techniques.
