As the business recovers from COVID and we look forward to the future Trafford Leisure has a lot to be excited about. Alongside our recent £7million development of move Urmston which opened last year, Trafford Council will be continuing their investment plan into indoor Leisure across Trafford. Altrincham, Sale and Stretford’s Leisure Centre’s will be refurbished turning these busy but tired facilities into modern, inspiring, fit for purpose Centre’s under the continued roll out of Trafford Leisure’s new brand move.   Alongside this we need to ensure we have a developed and committed team across Trafford Leisure to allow us to continue delivering a first class service to our customer

The role: In this role you will be responsible for

Owning and managing the Swimming Teaching services delivered at your centre, including:

• Delivering structured lessons for all levels of swimmers
• Teaching students from schools or who are Adult or Junior members of our community
• Assessing against the agreed Swim Well criteria
• Coordinating distribution of awards
• Working with teachers and parents to organise classes and ensuring that Health and Safety needs are met
• Personally ensuring that equipment is at first class standards in both safety and cleanliness at all times
• Personally ensuring that the environment in which you deliver your role is of

Owning and managing the administration of your work, including:

• Diary management
• Individual records for swimmer achievements

We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual’s to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.  To be successful in this role you must have Level 1 or 2 Qualification either STA or Swim England

Working Hours: ​Daytime, evening, and weekend work available

Location: ​​Any Trafford Leisure site
