Reservations Coordinator - London
We have an exciting new opportunity in Gaucho's & M Restaurants Central Reservations Team for a Weekends only - Reservations Coordinator. The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a reservations role or a guest facing role within hospitality, and have a confident and warm personality.
**Saturday and Sunday shifts only**
**OpenTable or equivalent booking platform experience required**
Hiring rate is £12 per hour including TRONC

Key Responsibilities
- Be first point of contact for our guests, have a confident and warm personality with the aim to exceed the expectations of the guest, and leave a good first impression.
- Be fully accountable for the reservations, by telephone + email and through third party platforms
- Support the managers run a smooth and successful operation to support the restaurants.
