Head Chef - Lakeside, Grays

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to join our family. This is a new site for Busaba in Lakeside and training will initially take place in London so you can soak up the Busaba culture and equip you for the new opening in Lakeside. 

Your story:

• You're an ambitious, hard-working, talented and experienced Head Chef who loves leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.
• You've got really high standards and you're passionate about amazing Thai food. You've also got brilliant leadership skills and can lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results every time.
• As Head Chef you'll lead and manage the kitchen team alongside your Sous Chef, and obviously make sure the kitchen is legally compliant, spotlessly clean and well organised.
• You'll also deliver amazing quality food while keeping an eye on costs and stock control.
• You love working in a fun, supportive, sociable team. You like the idea of getting regular training and guidance to develop your knowledge and helping your team develop theirs too. You're driven to exceed our guests' expectations and want to make the restaurant and the business an even bigger success.
