About Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square is a beautiful grade II listed building with100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

The Commis Chef role:

The Commis Chef is responsible to assist in the daily preparation of food items. This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and overseeing the Staff Cafeteria team.

The ideal Commis Chef will have:

  • Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
  • Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
  • Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
  • Seeking a Commis Chef with previous skills in high quality fresh food cooking.
