Wine Shop Sales Associate - London

As one of our Wine Shop Sales Associates, you will work in our 'Cantina' wine shop on the 1st floor. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience and sharing product knowledge with our customers. You will attend to both the needs of our guests and colleagues from other areas of the store needing product from the Cantina and retail areas. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

• Provides outstanding customer service - assists guests in selecting products and share knowledge of wine pairings, product comparison and gain a detailed brief from them to provide in budget recommendations
• Assist the Cantina Manager on stock rotation, ordering, cleaning, and visual merchandising
• Process deliveries and ensure that wines are correctly stored 

WE'RE LOOKING FOR...

• Significant experience working as a Wine Sales Associate, Sommelier or similar.
• Experience selling wines by the bottle in a professional environment, preferably retail.
• Right to work in the UK
• Fluent in English
