Food and Beverage Department Team Leader - Huntingdon

 We are now recruiting for two dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join our F&B team.

Food and Beverage Team Leader - Role

As our new Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for:

• Provide leadership across all of the hotel's outlets including Bar, restaurant, special events and Room Service
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching colleagues.
• Leading our operational team to deliver outstanding memories on the most unique of special occasions.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively ensuring guests expectations are met and any queries answered.
