POSITION SUMMARY

Commis Chef - Full time Huntingdon

 We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Commis Chef to join our F&B team preparing fresh food for our bar and restuarant as well as room service and special events.

Commis Chef - Role

As our new Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare special meals and substitute items
• Prepare food to Marriott standards and according to company specifications
• Monitor the quantity and quality of food that is prepared
• Maintain food logs
• Anticipate and address Guests needs
