About the Role

We are looking for a talented HR Advisor to join our People Team in Bognor Regis.

Reporting to the People Partner, you will work directly with our People Support Team on a  wide range of case work and ER issues. You will support our business leaders to be fair and consistent in their approach to ER issues and to de-risk the business from any tribunal claims. The HR Advisor will assist managers and team members with any problems, sign posting them to follow the correct policies and processes in place. We have over 1500 employees on our resort so ER issues and cases can be extremely varied and no day will ever be the same.

As well as managing ER, you will also be involved in a range of key initiatives including team survey, exit interviews, team voice and analysing our people data to identify trends and relevant actions. 

About you

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with solid experience in a wide range of both regular and complex ER work, ideally in a customer facing business. 

You should have a very good practical understanding of employment law and should be passionate about keeping up to date with policy and legislation updates.

You will be working with a wide range of leaders and team across the resort. so you should have excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary. You should also be confident in analysing data to identify key trends and make suggestions for change where necessary,

A CIPD level qualification would be considered advantageous, but what is more important to us is your mindset, hands on experience and ability to pick up new things quickly
