What it's like to work here

Dinefwr Park is an iconic 18th-century landscape and has an important place in Welsh history. Two forts are evidence of a dominant Roman presence and the powerful Lord Rhys held court at Dinefwr and influenced decisions across Wales. The landscape is home to a National Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. As such the site requires a greater emphasis on the conservation of flora and fauna and deeper understanding of local/national history.
Mae Parc Dinefwr yn dirwedd eiconig o'r 18fed ganrif ac mae ganddi le pwysig yn hanes Cymru. Mae dwy gaer yn dystiolaeth o bresenoldeb Rhufeinig amlwg a'r Arglwydd Rhys rymus yn dal llys yn Dinefwr ac fe ddylanwadodd ar benderfyniadau ledled Cymru. Mae'r tirwedd yn gartref i Warchodfa Natur Genedlaethol a Safle o Ddiddordeb Gwyddonol Arbennig. O'r herwydd mae'r safle yn gofyn am fwy o bwyslais ar warchod fflora a ffawna a dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o hanes lleol/cenedlaethol.
