What it's like to work here

Ilam Park is nestled beneath steep-sided hills on the bank of the River Manifold. It features an Italian Garden and tea-room, with views across to Thorpe Cloud and Bunster Hill. Dovedale is a National Nature Reserve with an ancient ravine woodland, wildflowers, limestone crags and a variety of wildlife. It is a purely outdoor site, with new mobile catering vans opening on weekends in the new year.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll work across both locations and some weekend working will be required. Weekends will be worked on rotation and rotas will be provided four weeks in advance.

A driving licence is essential for this role due to the remote location and the need to drive an NT van between Ilam & Dovedale.
