Food & Beverage Team Leader - Grantham, Lincolnshire

We're looking for two Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join us at Belton House.

Hours: we have two positions available -

  • 15 hours per week, weekend working, approx. 9am - 5pm
  • 21 hours per week, working 2 weekend days and 1 weekday on average, approx. 9am - 5pm

During December you'll may be required to work the occasional evening shift for the Christmas Lights event.

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Duration: Permanent contract

This quintessential English country house is a busy and vibrant place to be, which welcomed 450,000 visitors through its doors last year and numbers are growing fast. What you'll be doing

With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

As a Team Leader you'll support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile. 

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. 

You'll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.

  • Able to lead and support a team daily.
