Part-time Baker - Robertsbridge, East Sussex

The Hours: 990 hours per year. In this role you will be required to work 2 days per week during peak periods and 1 day during quieter periods. Average shift pattern 9am - 5pm with no evenings or split-shifts. 

Your day of work can fluctuate. However, we will try our best to accommodate any prior commitments. Working patterns to be discussed at interview. 

The Salary: £11.00 per hour

Duration: Fixed-term for 12 months

Interview Date: 31 March 2023 

Internally you will be known as 'Cook'

This role is based at Bodiam Castle, Robertsbridge. 

Most of our locations are not accessible by public transport and therefore we encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply. 

What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, breads, brownies, cakes, pastries and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
