Job Type: Part Time - 20 hours per week

Downham Health & Leisure Centre:

Our fast paced PFI Leisure Centre includes facilities from a NHS, Library and Leisure facility.

As a Security Concierge Team Member you will work with the front of house team and operations team ensuring the customers are safe and responsible for:

• Providing an outstanding Security experience, ensuring service, quality and Consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all. 
• At times working with the Operations team to ensure users comply with rules and regulations of the Centre and dealing in a professional manner those that do not comply
• Ensuring all users know who to go to, and are given a warm welcome and a first class service allowing a true 'escape from urban living' experience.
• Engaging and build relationships with members, actively providing a warm welcome  and being highly visible and approachable in and around the Centre.
• Create and support a 'sense of community' - a real family spirit.
• Recognize dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy empowering a problem resolving team, resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.

Ensuring a robust knowledge of all products provided, identifying all secondary spend opportunities.
