Serco manage the recruitment process on behalf of Northern Community Leisure Trust and manage their employees in the delivery of leisure services. The Trust will be your ultimate employer.

Here at Bangor Aurora Leisure our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Painter & Decorator to join our centre.

Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland.  The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.

In this role you will be required to paint and decorate the various internal and external finishes and constructions efficiently and effectively at our Northern Community Leisure Trust contract across Bangor Aurora and Queens Leisure centres, as well as assist with trades on site and any other tasks when needed.

You will help in making sure our leisure centres are looking the best for our staff to work in and for our customers to visit each day.

We will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free leisure membership.

About you

The successful candidate will have painting and decorating experience and take pride in their quality of work and delivery of customer service.
