BH Live is excited to announce that they are now recruiting for a General Manager based at The Pyramids in Portsmouth. The General Manager will have full accountability for the centre including ownership for the centre’s profit and loss (P&L), delivery of service standards, leading the team and compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

Main Duties Include:

  • Through motivational leadership, manage, lead and co-ordinate teams across the site ensuring continuity in service provision whilst maintaining delivery of high levels of customer service.
  • Overall responsibility for operational budgets and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial understanding of the product and product market, seeking ways to generate and build on revenue.
  • In partnership with Marketing, understand the customer journey, respond to customer satisfaction levels, and deliver a product that creates customer loyalty with return visits.
  • Promote the development of a high-performance culture. Drive the delivery of high-quality service standards, ensuring standards are proactively maintained and continually improved.

Skills and Experience:

  • We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication skills and who is a positive team player.
  • Applicants must have a professional management qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable track record of significant achievements of business and commercial objectives, product growth and development
