We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team

Salary: £21,424 per annual plus up to £4000 OTE

You are required following skills and behaviors:  • Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work • An exceptional telephone manner as well as being a natural communicator with excellent written skills • A high level of both written and spoken English • Previous knowledge of Opera is desirable • Excellent attention to detail and excellent administration skills • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines • Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player • Can deliver the highest standards of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability
