Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Job description
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, energetic and professional people to join our Spa & Leisure Team.

Reporting to the Spa & Leisure Manager and working closely with the Spa & Leisure Team, it is important that this person brings a professional work ethic, a 'can-do' attitude and an unquestionable drive to succeed.
Every member of the team is expected to ensure that the guests and members comfort, satisfaction and wellbeing are catered for in a friendly, helpful, personalised, and professional manor and always adhere to the company standard of dress.
- Responsible for delivering the highest standards in customer care.
- Being passionate about all aspects of the business
- Ensuring guests and members enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Support & assist Reception and Host
- Membership enquiries, tours and sales procedures
- Serving customers
- Complete all daily and weekly duties within the Spa and Fitness Suite
- Monitor all areas of the facility where and when necessary, report any defects
- Keeping all areas clean, safe and tidy
- Make sure all services are keep supplied and in working order
- Assist in organising and promotion of all social events
- Follow lost property procedures daily
- Ensure opening / closing procedures are strictly followed
- Teach fitness classes to the highest of levels
- Introduce members and guest to the gym with a great induction
- Perform body MOT`s
- Motivate people to the highest of standard for their personal training.
