About a role:

Join our exceptional Leisure & Spa team at Elmers Court Hotel & Resort, and you’ll be working in a fabulous four-star hotel environment, helping our guests book and arrange their relaxing days in our Spa.

We see you as a real ambassador of our company, operating on the front line with an organised, proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a busy team but also have the drive to work on your own initiative, always keen to deliver the highest standards and exceed our guests’ expectations. The role would suit someone looking to work in a place with a great future ahead.

As a member of the larger team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel, as well as make friendships and build a network of colleagues. This is a great place to start if you are interested in the world of hospitality!

This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Min 0-6 months of experience

Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy preferred but not essential.
