Front of House - Windsor

Searcys are excited to be opening a new site in the heart of Windsor, Guards Polo Club, as part of this new collaboration we will be looking for a Front of House Team to work alongside the Event Manager to support the day to day running of the venue.

As a Front of House Team Member you will serving high end restaurant quality dishes for our members and their guests. The clubhouse Brasserie is open Tuesday to Sunday lunchtimes and there will also be the opportunity for us to host exclusive events and canape receptions in the evening.

Guards Polo Club is open April until September to run alongside the sporting season, however we would love for the successful candidate to support Searcys in other projects outside of this time.

Hourly Rate: 9.50 per hour 

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties related to the job
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of all tables and required equipment
• Take orders and processing payment
• To be able to solve any customer service related problem
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers

• Strong communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Reliable and able to work well within a team
