Role purpose:

As our Contract Manager you will deliver outstanding financial results, customer experience and strategic planning to realise the commercial potential of our Leisure Centres. You will manager a large Wetside site, which also has Tennis, Gymnastic and Trampolining facilities.

You will manage all site Heads of Department and General Managers to drive financial and performance KPIs working in partnership with the local authorities to deliver a high-quality offering.

Please note this role will be based primarily at Graves Health and Sports Centre but will also manage Wisewood Sport Centre and Thorncliffe Health and Leisure Centre, therefore site visits will be required.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

The successful applicant will have significant experience in leisure management. You should also be experience in people management and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Experience working with local authorities would be beneficial in this role as would the ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Due to the need to travel between sites, a driving licence is preferable in this role.
