Your key responsibilities will include:

• The role involves collating the monthly submissions from suppliers, and identifying gaps and errors in advance of processing.
• Chasing missing volumes, working with Suppliers directly and liaising or escalation with Category Managers. Assisting Finance Data Manager with processing of monthly finance, ensuring team resilience.
• Accepting, interpreting and data input of new supplier and price file information into the Finance System.
• Production of finance reporting where the client uses off-model reports in MS Excel.
• Working with the Finance Systems Manager to create user guides and processes as required.
• Working with BI Systems team on testing new BI Reports against existing reports. Ad hoc, in-team reporting as required including some analysis and interpretation.

Our ideal Retail Data Assistant will:

• We are looking for a candidate who is highly numeric with excellent analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
• The ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate information.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates high integrity.
• A full UK Driving license is desirable.
