I am looking for an amazing person who can inspire and and engage with their team day in - day out

You need to ensure that your team are totally Guest focused, able to meet targets and are able to follow standard operating procedures at all times

As Team manager it will be your responsibility to ensure that that every guest and owner o park has an amazing time and creates a lifetime of memories
As FOH Team Manager you will take responsibility for the day to day operations in the restaurants
You will support the Head of F & B to provide the best experience for guests and Owners
Key Responsibilities

  • As FOH Team Manger you will be a role model for your team demonstrating effective leadership skills
  • You will lead and coach your team on a daily basis and reporting an issues to Heads of Department if need be
  • You will be responsible for dealing with any staff issues as they arise
  • You will provide ongoing support to your team 
  • You must be able to deal with any guest concerns and deal with it confidently
  • Achieve and exceed Targets
  • Prepare Rota's

Qualifications required for this role: 

  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Cellar Management
