We are hiring! Daylesford are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor- for our Head Office situated in the heart of the Cotswold.

Full-time position, working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am -6.00 pm with a Salary of £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.

About the Role:

This role will be focusing primarily on the following 5 areas:

• Product & Buying
• Production
• Training
• Communication / Trending
• Quality & complaints

Required Experience:

• UK food manufacturing experience,
• HACCP and Food Hygiene qualifications,
• Internal auditing experience.
• Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff.
• The position will suit a forward-thinking and personable individual who works well in a team and with a keen passion for delivering the best customer service!

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage, improve and develop site internal food safety and quality audit plans
• Audit schedules are defined following risk assessment principles and kept in line with legislative requirements, industry and COP guidelines
• Team members and stakeholders are working to ensure non-conformances are identified, risks assessed, root causes investigated and corrective action implementation strategy is followed through
• Completing reports and monthly update analysis on the performance of the site and continuous improvement plans and completed in a timely fashion
• Lead and participate in internal, food safety and quality audits working across all departments to identify and highlight good and bad practices
• Developing and training support assessments of stakeholders in the business.
