Adventure Instructor - Chippenham, Wiltshire

The role of an Adventure Instructor is exciting, rewarding and varied. The team will work with schools groups aged between 8 & 14 years old delivering a fun packed programme of activities. This programme of activities ranges from Tree Climbing, Archery and Buggy Building. The aim of the progamme's is to immerse children into a new environment and develop their self confidence, communication and problem solving skills. The rewards come from seeing the success of children develop over the length of their trip. 

With such a wide variety of activities, no two days are the same. You could be challenging children’s confidence with climbing in the morning and then in the afternoon teaching them to shoot bows and arrows on the archery range in the afternoon. The following day it could be more challenging their team work and communication skills in our Escape the Room challenge.

As well as delivering activities our Adventure Team also get stuck in organising other aspects of the trip such as the welcoming groups to the centre and getting them settled in, assisting during meal times to ensure that the restaurant flows smoothly and also planning group’s departures.
