Our robust and well designed Trainee Manager Programme converts general applicants into experienced and capable hotel/departmental managers. This is a rare opportunity to understand the hotel and business industry from a managers perspective and gain qualifications that can catapult you into an exciting career in hotel management. The 2023 TMP cohort is intended to equip individuals with relevant industry accredited qualifications alongside an empowering mentor system in each of our internal departments. 

What we're looking for:

  • A passionate individual who is eager to learn, looking for a career in hospitality
  • A strong team player
  • Candidates committed to delivering exceptional customer service of a world class standard
  • A 'get stuck in' attitude, and eagerness to work collaboratively with multiple departments. 
  • Some previous experience of working within the food and beverage industry would be beneficial however is not compulsory. 

Enjoy a permanent 40-hour contract with regular service charge bonus.

You will become a trainee manager who can help us grow a team who love where they work and enable them to provide excellent customer service for our guests. You will be required to be efficient, have the ability to organise and work with your team and approach issues in a proactive manner. The role requires you to be energetic and approachable, with exceptional customer service skills.
