Key Responsiblities:

• To be familiar with all menu items relevant to your section and prepare/present dishes for service to the highest standards.
• Ensure that Staff Lunch is prepared and delivered to a high standard.
• Ensure that Staff lunch is re filled and topped up accurately in line with staff lunch timings.
• Be open to new menu’s and support Head Chef with ideas on how to deliver a quality staff lunch to personnel.
• To ensure the correct preparation, cooking and presentation of food the highest standards in conjunction with section head.
