We are looking for a General Manager to lead the fabulous team at the Rope and Anchor in Dunham Massey near Altrincham.

Where you will be working:

Set in the beautiful village of Dunham, and just a stone’s throw from the Dunham Massey National Trust Park & the Trans Pennine Trail, the Rope and Anchor is everything a country pub should be. It boasts a cosy interior including a function space upstairs with its own bar and a beautiful barn which is available for private hire and makes the perfect function and private dining space. Outside, the patio area is the perfect spot to take in the surrounding countryside and is popular throughout the summer. A recent invesutment has made the Rope and Anchor and even more desirable and beautiful location to enjoy great service, food and drink.

The next General Manager of the Rope and Anchor will be an inspirational leader, building, engaging and motivating their team to encourage internal progression and provide exceptional customer service. The pub is a destination site and customer expectations are high, so experience in a food led business would be beneficial and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
