JOB TITLE – Convention Centre Administrator 
DEPARTMENT – Conference and Events  
RATE OF PAY - £10.50 per hour including benefits! 
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent 
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours per week 
SHIFT DETAILS – Monday - Friday – 8.30am until 5pm (occasional Saturdays)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
As our Convention Centre Administrator, you will have just what it takes to join the extraordinary Celtic Collection Conference and Events team. With your sparkling personality, a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders.  
A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary. 
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
Has a full and up-to-date knowledge of the Resorts facilities, services and events.
Handles the admin of all holiday requests and ensures Planday is up to date.
Supports the bars manager with general administration related requisitions, wastage reports and record keeping.
Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues related to the Resort, Employees and Clients. 
Tracking all PR’s raised by the department and signing off invoices. 
Responsible for tracking all Christmas events and numbers, working with the operations team to produce plans for each event,  
Support all Celtic Manor owned events, producing any required table plans, liasing with contractors as required and as directed by management. Support the production of plans and layouts for all areas using ARC Site Drawing Software.
