Digital Content Executive - City of London

We are Digital Content Executive to join our Marketing Team.

As a Digital Content Executive, you will be overseeing the strategy behind Virgin Active’s UK website.

The role:

• Planning and leading the content strategy across Virgin Active’s UK’s website
• Owning the creation and upload of editorial, video and image content across the website and ensuring all material reflects the brand, product and marketing campaign requirements.
• Writing insightful content, as well as proof reading and editing content that colleagues have written to ensure it fits with the brand’s tone of voice
• Using insights from Google Analytics as to how the content on the site is performing against specific KPIs
• Acting as point of contact for internal teams for new content in relation to the VA website
• Proactively strive for continual improvement across site content and CMS functionality enabling both prospect enquiries and members engagement

What qualities does a People Operations Coordinator need to join Virgin Active?

• You have 3 – 4 years’ experience of working within digital content environment
• Knowledgeable on CMS upload and publishing knowledge
• Ability to quickly understand overall changing demands of multiple projects
• Amazing hands-on product and project management experience
• You have an eye for creative design
• Thrive on having a customer-centric mindset, enabling Virgin Active to meet their needs and solve their problems through digital
• Excellent, friendly verbal and written communication skills, for both email and phone
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
