Salary: £20,800 per annum + Service Charge - circa 2.5k per year and free staff meals

  • Experience in high standards of face to face customer service
  • Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Responsibilities of the Luggage Porter

  • Greeting hotel and restaurant guests with confidence and providing 4 star service, creating a memorable impression
  • Be passionate and confident in conversing with all guests to establish a courteous, helpful and friendly attitude at all times
  • Ensure luggage is safely transported to guest rooms, providing a timely service
  • Acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner taking ownership of any requests they may have
  • Be part of the team by assisting reception and other departments when required
  • Keeping a professional eye on the public areas to ensure they are clean and tidy
