Operational Duty Event Managers
We are looking for an experienced full time available Duty Manager to over-see the successful running of our events, who will be reporting to our Sales and Events Manager
You will be able to adapt to the function requirements, organising the right team to be able to deliver the high standards we offer to our customers.
This is a very much an active hands-on role which will involve the responsibility of closing the venue, being responsible for the cashing up of bars and ensuring the venue is ready for the next day’s event.
Enjoys the buzz of a busy venue with the ability to stay focused, presenting a high level of customer service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Team, preparing and running the week’s events.
You will need to be calm and methodical and have a good understanding of the overall operational workings of an event venue. Your communication skills with your team will need to be on point, ensuring all guests needs are organised.
This role will be on a changing rota based on the needs of the business. We do endeavour to offer one weekend off a month.
Experience of running conferences and weddings is essential for this role.
· Able to manage a team and achieve great productivity.
· Overseeing the running of events.
· Charming and welcoming.
· Hospitality champion who loves customer service.
· Enjoys following procedures.
· Impeccable presentation and attention to detail to deliver the highest quality level of service, whether in person or by administrational duties.
