The role:

• As a Head Chef you will manage the kitchen team, run the daily operations of the kitchen and report to the Operations team.

What are we looking for in our ideal Head Chef?

• A passion and flair for delivering quality food using fresh ingredients to specification.
• Well organised, hardworking, an inspirational leader
• Fantastic communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with Front of House, kitchen, and Head office teams.
• The ability to manage, motivate and take responsibility for the kitchen team.
• High volume experience providing quality food consistently in a fast-paced environment.
